Most orders are shipped within 2 days and usually takes 4-7 for US orders, to get delivered. Non-US orders typically take 14-21 days.
Certain handmade products can have a production time of 7 days and an estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks. International orders (outside the US) are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks.
If you order multiple products, with different production times, we will ship out the items with the shortest production first and the rest of your items, once done.
This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments, to make your waiting as short as possible. This will not cost you extra in shipping fees.

Shipping starts at just $2.95 and is calculated based on weight and destination.
Order over $65 gets free shipping.
Are your products made in the USA?
Most of our products are made and hipped from the US. Shoes, cloaks and certain home goods are produced by our partners overseas. In rare cases, we ship directly from our partners. In those cases, we use expedited shipping and the final shipping cost will not reflect this (e.g. you get the same low shipping cost as always).
How do I return an item?
When you purchase items at The Moonlight Shop, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you aren't happy and you want a refund or an exchange, send an email to info@themoonlightshop.com or hit "Send a message" within 30 days of receiving your item.
Since we ship from multiple locations, the address you have to send your item back to can vary.
I made a mistake on my order...
If you see an error in your order confirmation email and would want to cancel or make changes, send us an email at info@themoonlightshop.com or start a chat as soon as possible and we MIGHT be able care of it.
We ship every work day at around 7am and our shirts are usually getting printed within 6 hours and shipped shortly thereafter.
If your order has already shipped, we'll provide you with a return address (depending on the item ordered).
If you entered the wrong address, we have to wait for the package to get returned to us.
In that case, we will reship it to you, but you are required to pay the reshipping costs.
Can I trust your site?
It's only natural to be vary of ordering items online. Especially in our day and age.
The Moonlight Shop has been serving Wiccans and Pagans since 2014 and will continue to do so, for many years to come.
Since then, we have processed over 10.000 orders online. Most of our customers keeps coming back to us and we are proud of that.
We use Shopify and PayPal to handle payments. This way your payment details are always 100% secure and your data is never shared.
This also mean that you are getting buyer protected by either Shopify or Paypal, in the case that a disagreement should occur.
In addition, you are also always protected by your bank when you use your credit online and will benefit from the current consumer laws.
